Nothing But Sewer and Drains (“we,” “us”) serves customers along Utah’s Wasatch Front. This policy describes the information involved in using this website. A phone call, email or booking request may also become part of our customer and service records.
Information we receive
When you contact us, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, service address, details about a plumbing, HVAC or restoration issue, preferred appointment time, and information you choose to include in a call or email. If you email photos or documents, we receive those attachments as well.
The on-site service guide receives the question you type and recent messages in that chat so it can answer. The website application does not save a chat history or create a customer record from a chat message. Please do not enter payment details or other sensitive information in the chat.
Our hosting provider may receive technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps and security or diagnostic data when the site is used.
How we use information
- Respond to questions, service requests and customer support messages.
- Review appointment requests, confirm availability and arrange work.
- Maintain records needed to provide service and follow up about a job.
- Operate, protect and troubleshoot the website.

Service providers and other parties
We use providers to run the website and communicate with customers. A call may be handled through our phone system, and an email goes through email services. When the ServiceTitan scheduler is available on our main domain, its script may receive technical information as it loads, and information entered into the scheduler is processed through ServiceTitan for booking. Those providers handle information under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
The service guide searches our published website information to answer a question. When AI responses are enabled, the question and recent messages in that conversation are sent to OpenAI to generate an answer. If AI is unavailable, the site server answers from published content. Please do not enter payment information or sensitive personal details. We may share information with people or service partners who need it to respond to your request or perform the work, and where required by law. This website does not currently load advertising pixels.
Retention and security
We keep service and contact information for as long as needed to handle requests, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. Retention can differ for phone, email, booking and service records. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can choose to call instead of using online booking, or avoid sending details through the chat. You can ask us about information you submitted, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or ask to stop nonessential communications by contacting us. We may need to verify a request and retain information when required for business or legal reasons.
Children
This website is for people seeking property services and is not directed to children. Please contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information through the site.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page when our website, service providers or practices change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
